Troy Lee’s shoes were designed with the same thought process as his signature sneakers, Nike’s first Nike sneakers.
He began experimenting with the materials, the fit, the design and the shoe, according to a profile in the April issue of Sports Illustrated.
The design process involved creating an entire line that was based on a 3-D model, with each pair being tailored to fit each individual’s foot, according a report from the website Sneaker News.
Lee said he wanted to create a collection that was both functional and elegant, but also comfortable.
Lee is best known for his work with Nike’s Air Force 1 line of high-performance sneakers, and his latest design is based on the Air Force 2 Air Force 4.
He also designed Air Force 3 shoes for Nike, which he later sold.
Lee has created more than 200 pairs of shoes, according the Nike website.
The company also released its latest sneaker, the Air Max 1, which is the first model to be released in two sizes, the 11.5 and 12.5, that are both available in both men’s and women’s sizes.
It features an outsole and a heel for increased support.
The shoe was released on June 6.
Nike’s next Nike Air Max sneakers are expected in October.
