There’s no doubt that many logos are a bit of a hit, with the likes of the Olympic rings and the Eiffel Tower making their mark in the design world.
But it’s not just about the look, but the quality as well.
The logo designer behind the iconic logo of the BBC is now working on a design for a new BBC News website, the BBC World News.
The logo design is designed to capture the energy and excitement of the world’s news and entertainment and provide the BBC with a unique brand identity.
The design was created by John Dickson and is part of the £5m project to create a new website which will make the BBC the global news network it needs to compete with the rest of the global media industry.
“It is an ambitious and ambitious project and it is something that we are extremely passionate about, and we are hoping to deliver it in the time frame we have,” John Denton told BBC News.
The BBC is working with Bizarro to design the new new BBC World News website, and John Denny said the logo will create a distinctive brand with an authentic BBC feel.
“We have tried to create a brand identity that is both contemporary, yet timeless,” he said.
“It’s very much based on the nature of what people expect from news organisations, from newspapers to the BBC.
We wanted to create something that reflects the BBC’s modern, digital and digital-based approach to news and news content, so we wanted to capture this spirit of excitement and excitement that is the BBC brand.”
John Denton said that Bistro Design is working with Dickson’s team to design the new website, but that it is still in early stages.
“I think it’s a very ambitious project, and the challenge of this project is to try and create something that’s authentic, that’s not only contemporary, but delivers a distinctive brand identity,” John Denton said.
The new website is expected to launch in the second half of 2017.
